    ABOUT US

    Our Postpartum Specialists

    Hey there!

    I'm Kristina.

I’m a board certified doctor of physical therapy specializing in women’s health. I’ve spent the better part of the last 7 years working predominantly with pregnant and postpartum moms as a physical therapist. I work to help soon-to-be and new moms stay healthy and active through motherhood and beyond.

Even as a physical therapist who specializes in women’s health, I found it challenging to balance motherhood with my own physical and mental health after our daughter was born almost 3 years ago! I’m still trying to figure out the best combination. Through my own journey and talking to other moms, I realized we need better (and frankly more) resources to guide us through postpartum and beyond. Along with Alex, I aim to make the process of caring for yourself and baby simpler in order to live the life you want.

    Hi mama!

    I'm Alex.

I’m a doctor of physical therapy and an engineer specializing in women’s health. I make the physical transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery even simpler for moms by designing digital solutions that help you find strength in motherhood.

I have 2 daughters and a third on the way, so I understand that physical health is important, but most of us don’t have the time for exercise like we did before we had kids! No matter where you are today, let’s simplify postpartum recovery with actionable steps you can take each month that fit into your family’s new schedule.
